Ordering
Our phones are staffed 9am – 5.pm five days a week by our experienced Sales team, who will be happy to advise you and take your order. Please leave a message if we are unavailable, you will receive a call back as soon as we are available.
Prices are displayed on product pages exclusive of VAT. BEB Imports are not registered for VAT.
There is no minimum amount, but if you order items worth over £100. we’ll deliver them to you free as standard delivery.
You can order as much as you like! We normally hold enough stock to satisfy our orders and dispatch the same working day (apart from special orders and bespoke items), but on the rare occasion we are unable to do so, the specific delivery period will be specified while placing an order.
Yes, we can, also we will discuss special rates and discounts on this type of ordering.
Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions but for next day delivery orders, please be aware that they are normally picked and despatched within a few hours, so any changes will have to be made before that.
Payment
If you’re ordering online, we take all major credit and debit cards via our secure server.
You can also pay by bank transfer.
We do not offer credit facilities.
We are not registered for VAT at the moment.
Delivery
If you have requested Next Day Delivery, then your order will be dispatched the same day, otherwise standard delivery will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Alternatively, specific delivery period will be specified while placing an order, depending upon the availability of the Products.
If you order involves Printing/bespoke art work and/or measurement, such as custom made boxes, then we will advise the delivery time before you place your order.
A standard service means you will get it within 5-7 working days.
You can alternatively pay a little more for a guaranteed next working day delivery.
Certain areas in the UK and Ireland take longer.

We will send you an email to confirm your dispatch.
Please call us and we can advise the status of your order or track through the tracking number.
You may need to sign for your order, but please always check the contents before doing so.

The driver should leave you a card telling you he has tried to deliver. Call the number on that card to rearrange a better time.

Returns Policy
If you notice your order is damaged when it is delivered, refuse to accept the delivery. The couriers will advise us that you have refused delivery, and we will arrange immediate dispatch of replacement goods, provided you contact us if this occurs.

If we send you the wrong items, we’ll happily organise an immediate replacement. Please contact us if this occurs.
We will accept returns up to 28 days from delivery and will issue the refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods back in a resalable condition. Please refer our Terms and conditions for full Returns Policy.
